This policy aims to give clear guidance of the financial procedures in place to ensure that Playbox is able to continue to provide high quality, safe and stimulating services for the children in our care.
Parents will be invoiced each half term even if there is no charge to show how many funded hours they are claiming.
Parents can access up to 15 hours of universal entitlement or up to 24 hours extended entitlement at Playbox.
Parents can access funded hours between
the hours of 8.30 to 11.30 and 12.00 to15.00.Monday to Thursday.
Any additional sessions taken over their universal entitlement will be charged at £12.50 for a 3 hour session.
Lunch club runs from 11.30 to 12.00 will be an additional charge of £3.00 per day.
Playbox requires that invoices are paid within the first two weeks of each half term by either BACs payments , cash or cheque. Weekly payments can only be made by agreement of the manager.
If Playbox should make any additional charges for any additional services or activities parents would be notified that this would not affect their ability to take their child’s funded places as agreed on PAF funding agreement form.
All payments must be made in the half term they were issued ,non- payment may result in the child not being able to access additional services e.g. lunch club or extra cash sessions at Playbox the following half term.
If payments are not received then the Management committee will contact parent/carer directly to obtain the outstanding funds.
Playbox sessions end at 11.30am and 15.00 and staff will be on site for 15 minutes after these times for parent/ carers to collect their children. If a child is collected late and no contact has been made by parent/carer after this time an additional charge of £10.00 for every half hour till collection will be made. If no contact is made then admissions policy will be followed.
Playbox reserves the right to charge for all cash sessions even if the child is absent.
